  • Beijing Olympic kayaker, elite triathlete, ironman & cyclist who brings world class experience and knowledge to your fitness journey, helping you achieve your goals in a personalised environment.
  • A recognised & accredited Performance Coach with Triathlon Australia & the Australian Institute of Sport, he has the expertise and knowledge to help you reach the next level-whether your focus is cycling, triathlon or general physical fitness. In addition, his qualifications include Certificate IV in Personal Training and a Bachelor of Science in Physical Education.
  • Emir's vision is to inspire and motivate people to discover their athletic potential. In 2016 he recognised the talent of fellow coach Julie-Anne Roche and guided her to qualify for the Australian Age Group Sprint Triathlon team and compete at the World Championships in Mexico.

  • Julie-Anne comes from a background in group fitness indoor cycling, boxing, running, personal training and fitness education. She began coaching at Pelotone in 2013 as cycle coach & team manager.
  • In 2016 she stepped into the world of triathlon, being trained by fellow coach Emir to compete in the Australian Age Group Sprint Triathlon team in Mexico & Rotterdam in 2017.
  • Julie uses mental imagery and her energetic personality to keep exercising fun and real, yet empower her class by helping them develop their intrinsic motivation within a supportive environment.
  • "The type of class I teach is to bring a client on an authentic experience, and use visual cues and music as motivation" Julie says.
  • Julie-Anne qualifications include Certificate IV in Personal Training. Julie-Anne is a certified trainer & assessor and has mentored and assessed others to follow the career path of fitness as well as assisted numerous clients achieve weight loss & fitness success.

    • 25th place Age Group in the 2017 Age Group Sprint Triathlon in Rotterdam Netherlands.
    • 8th place Age Group in the 2016 Age Group Sprint Triathlon in Cozumel,
    • Multiple podium finishes in Age Group Triathlon Sprint racing in Australia.

Shannon is passionate about finding balance. Her yoga classes are designed to be the perfect offset to high impact and high performance training; enabling you to develop stress resilience, alignment, strength and flexibility for long term mobility and peace of mind.
  • Shannon has always been a perfectionist and a high performer, with an inability to shut off until the task is complete. After being awarded Top 10 Deloitte Business Women of the Year, she became more and more aware of the damage that a lack of balance has on individuals, their families and their overall quality of life. In parallel to her corporate career, Shannon's awareness drove her to study, change fields and to apply her professional management skills to improve her clients performance, resilience and long-term well being.
  • In 2014 Shannon was awarded a Diploma in Yoga Teaching and became a registered Teacher with Yoga Australia. Since that time, she has studied a variety of modern movement techniques, worked across a number of industries and continuously improved the quality of her mind-body training to meet the needs of her clients.
  • Shannon joined Pelotone in 2016 to design and deliver the Pelotone Cyclist/Multi-Sport Specific Yoga program. She loves the sense of community and challenge of working with multi-sport athletes to give them what they need to be able to perform at their best - whether that be improved breathing, alignment, strength, flexibility, mobility, mental clarity or rest!

    Pelotone is such a fun and easy way to exercise amongst friends. Each ride is completely different and I love how much my fitness has improved!
