Meet Jenny Brown - she is an accomplished road cyclist having competed in many NSW road, hill and time trial championships both as an individual and in team events, previously training 250-400 km per week! Jenny also competed in the World Masters Games Individual Time Trial and holds a Cycling Australia certificate of coaching so she is well equipped to enhance your technique and to keep even the most experienced riders on their toes (or cleats as the case may be!)
Sadly during a championship event Jenny was involved in a terrible accident and broke her neck, ending her outdoor cycling career, but not her passion for cycling and fitness.
Jenny has shown her strength and fortitude to come back from tragedy with a stellar indoor career, excelling in indoor cycle coaching, as well as a multitude of other group exercise favourites.
As an award winning centre with a strong focus on excellence, Pelotone is very fussy about who joins our coaching team and crew, but Jenny is our kind of people and we are very excited to have her bring her experience and passion to the Pelotone stage for our community!
You will be seeing more and more of Jenny moving forward as she is capable of coaching all of the fantastic class options on our schedule, including a fierce Performance class that will really have you challenged! As we head in to Winter and our schedule increases, so will Jenny's involvement with us.
You can ride with Jenny now, each MONDAY at 930am where she will coach you through a 45-minute Pursuit class with incredible motivation, energy and inspiration sure to have you feeling great and seeing results in no time!
Pelotone is introducing a new 930am Monday class to our schedule taking on board community feedback. This is the perfect time for post-school drop off workouts or those who like to miss peak hour traffic and work out before their day gets too busy. Traffic in Norwest is nice and easy so you will get here comfortably and be feeling great here with us in no time!
